The number of posts in the mailing list is very manageable. In other lists
where there are dozens or even hundreds of posts a day, a forum is much
nicer but I like the list for ID3 because it is manageable.

Would anyone prefer a phpBB or vBulletin forum?

There seem to be a lot of repeat questions on the list lately. And
currently messages to the list are removed after 90 days..
